My name is kloe from here in Belgium my story is I did order this which is the grade I could afford but but it arrived with up to 6 pods already open or broken I emailed them to complaint but they said they shall look into it and it’s been 4 days now 😣😣I am prepared to return the package and get my refunds back otherwise they are terrible and I won’t ever order from them again

They did talk me out of ordering the grade B dried poppy pods but thats what I could afford and I ordered it anyway it didn’t really help me like I’d hope. Am greatful for the advice I was given by their support agent on the phone and I look forward ordering the better stuff they have

Well the pods did arrive but most of them were really broken I am wondering if I can mix them with some old pods I ordered last year if you seeing this please respond to me I have left you guys a couple of emails to no avail even WhatsApp I badly need more information for the dried poppy pods mixed
