My order arrived today, and I am incredibly disappointed. About 13 of the pods were completely crushed and broken into pieces. The box felt flimsy, and there wasn’t enough protective material inside. i am hoping they replace the broken pods else i do not think am gonna order again

Hi I am from Ireland I ordered 3 days ago and got a FedEx tracking from them but the package still haven’t moved an inch from the USA I have tried to contact FedEx and they keep putting me on hold so think this company is not well organized on their dealings or operations all I keep hearing is that I should be patient that the poppy pods shall arrive eventually it’s a terrible experience
